The Quality Policy of the INMET Disabled Persons Cooperative

The quality policy is of primary importance in the Cooperative’s strategy.

The established targets and implementation of ever more ambitious tasks guarantee that our products will always meet the customer’s expectations.

We gain our customers’ trust by ensuring the top quality of our products and services that meet all requirements and needs of our customers. This objective is achieved in particular by implementing and maintaining a Quality Management System with respect to the production of baking tins. The management ensures continuous improvement of the implemented Quality Management System.

The employment of experienced and highly qualified personnel who continue to develop their skills, as well as the modernization of the technical equipment facilitate the efficient functioning of the quality management system and allow the Cooperative to consolidate and develop its position in the domestic and international markets.

Familiar with the quality policy, all members of the Cooperative are fully aware that even the smallest action is aimed at ensuring the customer’s full satisfaction.

The main directions of our activities aiming at the implementation of the quality policy include:

  • the constant development of our employees’ skills and knowledge,
  • the increase of the employees’ participation in the Cooperative’s development, activities and decisions making processes,
  • the constant improvement of the effectiveness of the quality management system,
  • the improvement of quality control,
  • the development of our design-related services,
  • the strengthening of the employees’ belief in the importance of the management system and in everyone’s responsibility for their work,
  • the organization of training courses motivating the employees to improve their qualifications and ensure the high quality of work at each job position,
  • compliance with the principles of the integrated management system at each job position,
  • constant involvement of the Cooperative’s management and employees in work organization improvement activities.
